HOW I WORK
I aim to make my sessions both fun and challenging. It’s not always about training longer and harder it’s about training smarter.
My passion as a trainer is that every adult should be lifting weights.
I take time to really explore with the client as to how they became overweight in the first place.
I achieve my results by working on every part of my clients life, not only lifting weights and diet changes but also looking at mindset and personal circumstances.

Where we train
We train at the TQR Gym in Loughton. It’s easy to reach, as it’s near the town centre, the tube station, the M25 and the M11.
Training with Claire gives you priority access to all the equipment, which is state of the art.
